They showed up late, had no clear idea what they were doing, and wasted a lot of time just "figuring things out" while charging by the minute. The pricing felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given one estimate, and by the time they were done, the bill had jumped way higher with random charges that made no sense. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of explaining anything clearly. What's worse--the problem wasn't even fixed properly. Within a short time, the issue came back, and I had to hire another plumber to actually do the job right. So I basically paid twice. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. First, there is a lack of communication between the office staff and the guys in the field. Second, when installing the walls of my brand new shower, they misjudged and drilled in the wrong place. They covered it up with white caulk, but never said a word about the mistake. Then, when they were finished we tried to give our son a bath and had no hot water and the tub wouldn't drain. They had to send someone else out to fix it and that person covered the caulked over drill hole with a plastic plate that doesn't even match our shower. They came back a third time to finishe putting in the sink and toilet and when they pulled out the old stool, they put it in the tub to drain, scratching my brand new tub!!!

Our technician was knowledgeable and polite. He took apart and cleaned/repaired the combustion motor getting out debris from our recent roof repair. (No fault of the roofers) He also noticed our flue pipe was loose and could be leaking Carbon monoxide into our home. He replaced with brand new sealed flue pipe! We are so thankful for this service technician and HI Home Comfort,Inc. We would not call anyone else for our HVAC.
