I tried today and was told no due to cancellation 4 times in 4 years. To my knowledge it canceled only 2 times. I've paid before it canceled always previously. Now, my premium is coming due again. She raised my premium $159.00/yr. Again, no claims! It's been over 10 years since I've had any claim on my house. My mortgage has gone up because of her! AND, she is forcing upon me a reduction in coverage to boot! She says my roof is 80 years old. It's not. It was replaced in 1997 with a Aluma-Lock Roof Shingles. It's a LIFETIME roof.
