Iv been trying to coordinate with your company for months now for a 163,000 sqft commercial build in california. Iv Talked to 2 reps that gave diffrerent answers, and when you call them it goes to voicemail and you never receive a call back.. iv tried emails but dont receive a response either. If you call Earll Fowler, he doesnt answer... iv called many times and different times of the day and nothing... no return calls... and Randy Daniels will email you, then wont respond... whoever owns or invests in this compnay is losing alot of money because of these 2 employees. The product that you offer seems like a good product, but if you cant communicate with customers in a reasonable manner, then youll end up losing out... Iv reached out to nadura and FoxBLock last week for quotes, both of which returned my emails and calls... Earll and Randy dropped the ball on this one...

We have been in our Buildblock ICF home constructed by Southern Structures of Charleston, SC for 7…read moreyears. Our experience has matched my expectation in that while a bit more expensive to build it has been very cheap to maintain. To date the only items that have required attention are wood trim items. We have been through two major hurricanes with no problems as opposed to neighbors who were out of their house for 8 months while the floors and drywall were replaced. Our utility bill would have been 1/3 less than our neighbors except that we installed solar panels and it is ZERO. We live in a neighborhood with strict ARB regulations so the house resembles the neighbors' except that it will be the only one remaining if a HUGO level event occurs. The house is very quiet so barking dogs, construction and traffic noise are never a concern. Our builder's faith in ICF is such that it has been the only construction technology he has offered for 35 years. If you're looking for a wood (termite food) house he gently suggests you look elsewhere. If the security of your family, concern for future maintenance/utility costs and the best day to day livability are important to you, ICF is the answer.

Ralph Gibbons could not deliver us what our contract dictates. We signed a contract for 2 entire…read morebathroom remodels. After 2 1/2 months he finally got the showers/ bathtubs and surrounds done. But they were done poorly because Ralph didn't order the trim. The bathtub surround got trim that didn't match and the shower surround was left with a cut edge and poorly done silicone. It looks like a kid did it. After that, Ralph pretty much stopped communicating and his answer every time I tried to reach him, the answer was days later and "I am working on it ". Seems his contract workers didn't want to come outside of Oklahoma City and he didn't have very much control of them. After 4 months of broken promises, I went to OKC and picked up the vanities that he ordered. I paid him 1/2 up front and he never fulfilled the terms of the contract. I honestly feel like he didn't care at all that he left me hanging with one bathroom that is unusable and one that is 1/2 done. I now have to pay someone else to finish the job. So unless you live right in OKC and keep your eye on everything that is done, please don't hire this company. Even if he quotes you a lot less than someone else. You could end up very sorry as I am.

All we did was inquire what was going on with our project and after asking several times with no response we were frustrated. He left us in the dark and then got mad when we started asking questions about what was going on with our project. The owner is quick to go on the defensive instead of trying to work with you. He breached the contract and refused to let us know what had been done and spent on the project so far. When we asked for a list of what was spent and on what, he told us that would cost us $1,800! If you want a company that values you as a customer, don't pick Prime Construction.

It is my opinion that West Painting, Inc. is an untrustworthy contractor. The owner (Mark West)…read moreprovided a quote, which I accepted, and then waited two months for him to start my exterior paint project. After stripping the paint off the front of my house Mark West advised me that he made a mistake/typo on his quote, and that the labor cost for my project would be double ($20K+ instead of $10K). It is important to note that this was the labor price alone and didn't include materials or paint. The main body of the house is stone that required no paint. The $20K+ he was seeking was only for eaves, soffits, and fascias on a small 1900 SF house. Rather than honor his word by doing the job for the quoted price, Mark West instructed his crew to leave when I refused to pay the additional cost. He is either ignorant of his trade and estimating, or knowingly utilized bait and switch tactics to secure my business. Either way, I believe that Mark West is unprofessional and can't be trusted. Prospective customers would be wise to have an attorney review any contract or agreement presented by this individual.
