After reading that she was not only rude to me but rude to so many other people in her business, I have decided not to use her company and I would suggest you look at her reviews before you decide to choose her business. You will instantly change your mind and see for yourself not to deal with them. She is the most unprofessional, nasty, and horrible person. She has no empathy at all. It is obvious that she hates what she does and hates life in general. There are many other better services out there where the owners are professional and make you feel comfortable. If you talk with the tenants, as we did, you will hear how unhappy they are in dealing with her. This is the wrong business for her to be in, but I can't even think of any business that her rude personality would be a fit for.
