Of the three quotes I got, they were the least expensive and their quote came with a six page contract spelling out the materials to be used, the work to be done and the warranty. They used high quality materials and they are factory authorized installers backed by the shingle company. It took them less than two days to strip off the old roof and to install the new one (all of it in 100+ degree weather) on a 2000 sq/ft, 2-story house. Their crew was friendly, did excellent work and left the place spotless. They also seemed to really care about their crew and their safety.
