We paid $1,200 for tax services; a 1099 employee filing and a part-time employee filing, simple form data entry yet, they took months to complete. They called us on the very last day for filing April 14,2016 since the month we handed over our documents on February, "hard to believe right"? We kept calling every week to request status and the excuse was always "we are working on it" or they would have questions that unless we called they would not ask, while on the phone. They are so irresponsible we will never request their services again, we felt ripped off completely! To make matters worse, 3 months after filing we receive a letter from the IRS that we needed to re-send a missing form that later we learned this company failed to file, ending up having to pay to file late and penalties.
