I had hit a 48 inch walk behind lawnmower that was operated by a 12 year Amish boy. He was coming towards me on the other side of a slight knoll. I saw him but due to the shadows of trees I could not see him clearly and did not see he was pushing a lawn mower towards me. When I saw his head coming up over the knoll, I moved over to the center of my lane. Than it was to late when I saw the mower. I hit the mower with right side of my car and that spun me around into a corn field backwards. I could not see what happened to the boy. Found out later he had a bruised chest and liver. I also learned that his father told him to walk towards traffic with the mower. My car had lots of damage to the underside, blew out both wheels on that side. Through a long process of getting it fixed. When I picked it up most of the internal electrical stuff did not work. My insurance company wanted to blame the body shop for electrical damage. Subaru service department gave me a hard time about finding the problem. They would not run a diagnostic on the car. They with the agreement with insurance thought that the car needed to be stripped back of the total body repair to look for a nicked wire. They told me this will not just take several hours but several days and could cost thousands of dollars. I was told by a coworker to take it to RNS in Orrville. Best advice I was given since the accident. They found the problem within a day, did not need to disassemble the car. Found it was a blown fuse & they replaced the battery. $150.00 WHAT A RELIEF! Very nice people, no arrogant attitudes here. Plus they listen to you and hear your problem. I couldn't be more happy and pleased with their service. They will be taking care of my car from now on. read more

My car had issues in the engine. Unsure what exactly was wrong because it's a newer car and alot of things are computerized nowadays. They were very polite,very professional and even took it for a test drive to try to figure out what it might be. This shop is amazing. They gave me a quote to replace my timing belt and water pump and I agreed it needed completed. when they got into the engine they found a note a previous mechanic had written stating the work was completed as scheduled.
