Then after buying four brand new tires, I was told I then owed for valve stems. They were not polite or sorry about their terrible scheduling. This is the Orrville store. Everything is done…read morewith 1 finance person so it made them look busier than what they actually was at the duration of the 6 LONG HOURS on a "Saturday Sale" that it took us to get through with; a) waiting to speak to a sales person, then b) waiting for a test drive with a plate, then c) waiting on Finance Person to sign the deal. Then they hand you a tiny iPad that has the contract on it, with very small print! ....All signing is done electronically which should be a good thing, but with the tiny print & never explaining how or if we could enlarge it before signing! Bottom line; I think they wanted to put time between salesperson & the actual signing of loan contract so they could finagle interest rates and loan companies that would give them the biggest advantage (kickback) not the buyer. It used to be the seller would go out of the way to get you into a vehicle & to make certain you would come back for another deal, I feel they have so many sales because people aren't aware of how things are done by a way of a sale, & they know there is so much competition with other dealerships, etc.,....you probably won't be back twice! So they work it to their advantage and in the end our losing economy keeps depreciating by businesses doing poor business like the way this "deal" was made. Please do better to shape up your way of thinking of how a sale should go and stay firm to your knowledge of the "deal agreed to vocally, forward into the signing of the loan contract. It is not their job to help you 100% in getting your vehicle to your advantage.

The buying process took over eight…read morehours, and when I finally secured my own financing, they were then willing to deal to try to get their financing, but then made me promise I would not refinance for at least three months. I've already had the truck back in to have the radio replaced as it was bad. And for a brand new truck, it had already been driven as a courtesy car and had a flat tire and had a rope plug in the tire, and when I confronted them about it as I had an independent tire company evaluate the tire they told me there was nothing they could do about it because now conveniently it had a nail in the sidewall. Never again, already bought my Wife a 2026 traverse from Spitzer in Canton, night and day experience. Incidentally, the 20 year-old who sold me the truck is conveniently also no longer working there.
