I also had problems logging in to the website to sign my tax returns. It was a difficult and cumbersome process. On top of all of this, I referred a friend to your office to do her taxes. I am supposed to get $20 for the referral. I called the office and they told me I'll get it at the end of the year, whereas I thought that $20 could be taken off the cost of the tax preparation. Just overall not a good experience this year .
