They then went on to call their staff - also rude. For me to leave the vehicle I had to pay again on the drivers personal card machine. To this day I still haven't been refunded, even though I have showed the company countless of times the prior first payment. I wouldn't recommend this company thus forth as they are rude and disrespectful to their customers.
