Even though there were no yelp reviews yet, I decided to take a chance because, you know, Bretman. I was looking at some other rental companies for peacock chairs, but they were charging crazy delivery fees and rental minimums. I only wanted 2 peacock chairs for an event. So when I found that Peacock Chairs Oahu basically rents single chairs (no crazy rental minimum) and the delivery fee was only like $40, I couldn't resist. I scrolled through all the beautiful rental items looking for the perfect chair. There were so many options that I ended up renting more things than I thought I would be. The event hasn't happened yet, but I'm so excited for these chairs.

And we rented thousands of dollars worth of wedding supplies from them for our wedding. We own a company that deals with luxury real estate and were just shocked at how horribly these people treated us. We have never seen such horrible customer service in our 15 years in business. It culminated when they just charged our card without any email or call or detailed invoice. Basically they were unhappy because we did not tear down all the tables and chairs and their cushio ns sat outside overnight. They had never told us we needed to put all the cushions away.... And a couple glasses and a tray were missing. We had a simple and elegant wedding but they acted as if we had thrown a rager and lost and broke a bunch of stuff which is simply not the case. I just feel bad for these people as they clearly will not be around long. I was literally sitting in our honeymoon suite on the phone with them for half an hour arguing when it dawned on me how crazy it was that I'm giving these people my money and business and they act like we owed them! Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. Was kinda stressed looking for someone who could set up a secured covering at a reasonable price. Luckily found Honolulu party rentals. Ryan promptly returned my call and worked within my budget. He promised to come by at 730am and arrived on time! Wut?? Yup!
