I was told about smith tree service in Houston Mississippi. I got Mr David Smiths number talked to him and he sent Adam Smith out here. They came Wednesday the 29 a little after 7am he quoted a price that would be 2,300 I asked about another limb not in the agreement-he said that would be 200 more dollars which would make the whole service 2,500. He called for us to come look a little after 9am we were satisfied with what he had trimmed they were getting ready to leave we wrote him a check for 2,500. He told me he put the tree service on google if I would comment truthfully about my experience. That is what I am doing. They left, the next day I call mr David Smith and told him about my experience. The trimming was fine they did not pile all the limbs that where in the quote, left their used water bottles in the yard they quoted me that it would take approximately five hours to do the work it only took them a few minutes over two hours that comes out to be roughly 1250 an hour, I do not mind paying a premium price for quality work but I do not, do not liked to be gouged. While I was talking with Mr David about the debris he stated that he would send a crew up here right then to pile I told him that that was not necessary I had the equipment to remove the debris. He got very heated, that ended the conversation. The service was fine, but for the amount of time it took it was ridiculous.
