I've been a long time customer before I moved to the area I'm in now I had another State Farm…read morelocation. It took me a while to switch over to the Mark Patric location but I did. Peggy Rolls, Colleen Calo, Mark Patrick have been my location for many years and even if I was to move out of state I'd still stay with this location.. That in itself should tell you how I feel and I'm not being paid for this. I don't agree with what insurance companies do. Meaning the rate increases no matter if you had alot of accidents or not. I hate that part its companies sheer GREED.. I've not had many claims no accidents mine have only been mabey 2 and the was for vandalism. These companies should offer better discounts for those disabled, older people, and a bigger discount or some kind of kick back for those who don't have accidents especially if it's not there fault. However don't get me wrong it's not the agents fault I don't blame them there just doing there jobs. I have thought of leaving State Farm looking for cheaper insurance but you don't get people like the ones at Mark Patrick and even though I hate paying the amount I do when I've got life insurance, Renters, vehicle full coverage not tickets, no accidents. Either way this is my 2 cents.​
