He also botched my personal return, failing to account for a significant portion of my income. I called her office the next morning to discuss the issue in order to not dissolve a six (6) year relationship over one trivial phone call. I understand that she is very busy and seemed quite stressed at the time of our last phone call, but I find the entire handling of the situation to be extremely unprofessional.
