I have also left messages with the office admin. To this day, he has not returned any of my calls. I have specific questions regarding my returns, which he prepared. Yet, I cannot get the courtesy of a return phone call. I will look for a new accountant but share this review to let everyone know that you should avoid Mike Feenan if you want prompt professional services or even a return phone call. I have never had any ATT services (no TV, no cable, no cell, nothing). They claim is an ATT cable account from 5 years ago. 1) I don't own a TV 2) ATT was not even in the area 5 years ago! If you don't pay they hurt your credit score. Talk about extortion! Google "EOS CCA" and you will find hundreds of complaints online. Even if this is a real company they are relying on a scam/ extortion to make money. Please report this company to the Business Bureau and the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
