If i could put no stars i would PLEASE take this review as a warning. I looked up this dentist wondering if he still even had a license because i thought for sure it would be revoked by now. upon learning it isn't i'll definitely be reporting to the state board. i went here as a child from around 2004-2015 and the experiences i had here were so traumatic I have not gotten any proper dental care in my adult life because of how scared i am now at the big age of 23. I was seen by doctor Morgans staff my whole childhood (never Dr.Morgan himself because he was never there) and here are some of the horrible and still incredibly vivid memories i have of this place. First off parents were NEVER allowed back with the children under any circumstances. presumably so they cant witness the abuse that goes on behind closed doors. after being called back from the waiting area children are left to wait in fear of whats going to happen. no matter how many times you ask the staff what procedures are being done or what they are going to do you are told to shut up and go play until you are called. they take xrays and consult with the parents, which are then told that the child will need several unnecessary extractions or fillings just so they can make money. no anesthesia or numbing is used for the child but the parents are charged for it. when they finally call you into the chair you are immediately held down by several male staff members that pin down arms legs and even hold down your face. they will not communicate anything they are doing and place devices to force your mouth open. they will say "we are just tickling your teeth" and then pull one out without any warning. if you start screaming or crying and begging for your parents you are told repeatedly to shut up and that they are just going to turn the music up in the lobby so your mom cant hear you screaming. after that they just ignore you completely. when the procedure is over they WILL NOT let you return to your parent if you are still distraught and will keep you in there for an extra hour if necessary until you "calm down" they give you toys and entice you with balloons and other rewards to distract you from the horrors you just endured. i remember trying to tell my mom several times what was going on while still at the office and the staff deliberately lied to her and said i was just over dramatizing things because i simply did not like the dentist and that kids tend to try to manipulate parents with lies so they don't have to go back. every time i had an appointment i would have severe panic attacks and even throw up profusely in the car on the way there because i was so scared. i have a son on the way and i cant imagine putting him through what i went through. all the good reviews on here are from parents that are entirely unaware of what goes on because they aren't allowed in the area where procedures are preformed. im begging you as a parent PLEASE do not take your children here. it is a miracle he still has a license and it should have been revoked a LONG time ago. it makes my heart hurt to wonder how many poor children have experienced what i did read more

I had appointment dr Collins' make remove my son tooths,but I and my husband dont agree cover tooths and Unpleasant staff attitude towards patients parents! they do not accept patient opinions when I'm changing. I was quite disappointed when they refused to continue to monitor the patient and sent the patient to another doctor, I have the right to make my own decisions, they don't respect my decision( nurse said you can cancel and level now. We are don't check your son next time. I made the mistake of choosing a doctor's office with many good reviews, but I went there to find out that they treat patients badly. read more

I brought my two kids here when they were young after trying out other dentist offices. My son needed a patient experienced staff with his anxiety and we found it here. They liked the games and balloon animals afterwards. It's not a fancy modern bright place, it's inside an an older medical building. Their first appointment was with Dr. Morgan. He was very nice and worked great with the kids. After that, we never saw him again. It was other dentists, a different one each time. My two are teens now and we're moving on partly because the last few visits there were kids running around the waiting room, talking and yelling loudly, running over feet, etc. I understand some kids have special needs or pent up energy but I never allowed my kids to run around and yell in any medical office or bother other people waiting. The parents meanwhile sit on their phones jabbering and oblivious. The past few visits this has happened. Not just this, but the dentist and hygienist don't come out to update me or tell me about the kids teeth, I have to ask to speak to them. As a parent I'd like to know the status and report and they are not proactive about that. It's also a bit far for us and no cash discount or discount membership plan as we are cash pay only. So when my daughter needed braces they recommended a few places but I found a nice smaller office closer to home and school that is quieter and has amenities. The patient areas are more private not all out in the open. This is important especially for older children. I think Dr Morgans office is great if you have special needs kids or young children, but for several reasons we're moving on. read more

This review is of front desk person, Luz. Unfortunately, I ended up being turned off to the entire clinic due to her rudeness, so this review is not about Dr. Morgan. I am paying cash, and I wanted to have the information on the fees. When I asked for specifics, Luz did not want to give them to me, and finally asked, "Well, are you going to schedule the appointment?" and then put me on hold. Dear Luz, whether I schedule the appointment would depend on how much you are charging me. I am comparing dental clinics, including reviews of the providers and the fees, and like to have all of the information. I don't see why that is so frustrating to you. Unfortunately for Dr. Morgan, we didn't make it in to see him due to his incompetent gatekeeper. read more

Dr.Morgan doesn't need any more referrals but I'll give him one because this group is too good - they deserve it. My daughter walked out of her appointment and told me, "Mommy, I had a great time!" which is the same thing she tells me after we leave a friend's birthday party. read more

We love coming to Dr Morgan. Everyone on the staff is very kind and personable. Dr. Z did an awesome job with my girls, ages 3.5 and 18 mo, taking the time to make them comfortable. No rush whatsoever! It was incredible to watch. They have movies playing for the kids and endless toys and games to keep them busy while waiting for siblings. Then they walk away with stickers and balloons! My girls didn't want to leave! Best experience!! read more

What can I say? I'm so speechless by how amazing Dr. Morgan and his whole office are. They are so professional, organized and full of life. They enjoy what they do and never have I seen an office work so well with children. Mt daughter has never been so tamed at a doctor's office but they knew exactly how to handle her. She had to have oral surgery for 14 crowns and my insurance only covers silver ones so Dr, Morgan was so generous to do all her visible teeth with white crowns at no cost. He was so easy to talk to and just full of smiles and laughter. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone because they will take time out of their day and go above and beyond to take care of you and your children. It's nice for once to have a dr. office that calls and checks on your child because to them it's not about money it's about having a child with a perfect smile to make this world a better place. This is the place to go for dentistry so if you haven't made your appointment yet I promise you, you will not regret it and thank me :) !!! read more

Dr. Morgan is a fantastic dentist. The staff work well with kids, make balloon art, computer games, etc. to help them be calm. For our granddaughter, he put white fillings (at his cost) where teeth showed during surgery for 16 cavities (due to being a preemie and having a drug addicted mother) at Children's Medical Center in Plano. seems like a good child dentist but my child had cavities and was in pain, and he turned us away cause we could not come up with $1000 up front despite the fact that we have very good insurance and careers. I guess he had to make a payment on his boat that week, heartless bastard. read more

When I first started attending Morgan Dental for my older son it was great. However with my youngest, nonverbal, five year old son they had me go in and hold him down by force to receive services. That I did not like, I cried when I left. I tried to contact Dr.Morgan directly but received no call back to complain. So when the next six months rolled around I called and asked for a board, something they are supposed to use with kids with disabilities. They said okay and that the board was at another office in Arlington but would make sure they had it. I called back a second time. A week before the visit to reconfirm they would have it to help them. Lastly, I called a third time. The day before to make sure everything was in place. Once again they told me yes. Well the day we get there guess what they had nothing, So they took me to a staging room and the nurse tells me they didn't get the board. I asked how is that when I have been calling to confirm with them that it was all set up and she said, "Well we didn't know how to tell you we didn't and if you could just hold him down just one more time we could stay in this room where no one else could see him." I was outraged! I asked her was she just crazy or stupid that this was not the way you see a special needs child who would not sit with out assistance. After we had left my daughter informed me the first time he went and she was with him they did indeed use this method of holding him down. I did not go with him inside because unfortunately I was ill. My heart just broke that me as his parent allowed this to happen. If I or anyone else did this we would be in trouble. read more
