I reached out to The Barnes Firm and spoke with Mr. Michael Cooper to see if we even had a case. From the beginning, he was confident and told us we absolutely did. My daughter attended physical therapy, although not as frequently as recommended because she is a very active high school student with a busy schedule. Even so, I made sure she continued doing therapy exercises at home. Despite the limited number of therapy visits, Mr. Cooper still worked extremely hard for my daughter and was able to secure a very generous settlement. He was persistent throughout the process and refused to accept the lowball offers that were initially presented. What really stood out to me was his communication.
