I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

I LOVE shopping here and Jimmy rectified Matthew's past mistakes so all is good! GREAT deals here too! I just had a very bad experience with them. I will preface and say I have dealt with Jimmy here in the past and he's wonderful. I spent entirely too much money in a day and for the most part got good deals. But, I came back here recently and amongst all the things purchased, one of the items was a vase. He (Matthew) didn't bother telling me things were "final sale" or I would have asked to see if it actually held water. Now, they won't even exchange the item. There are no visible cracks on it - it really is a beautiful vase but this is just awesome I spent $50 on something that will be going in the trash. It's useless at this point. The worst part, is when I called to tell him what happened, he pretty much accused me of breaking it. Why would I break my own vase that I just purchased? It looks brand new - it just doesn't hold water so clearly there's a crack somewhere. Just making everyone is aware of the "buyer beware" thing they have going on that they FAIL to tell people about prior to purchase. Clearly they don't value a customer that has spent $3000 in 2 months there. You would think that Matthew, who was the salesperson and also the manager, would have better people skills as well versus acting like a child on the phone.
