The retainer I signed with this firm owner had his name A. Ali Yusaf and in court he used YUSAF & ASSOCIATES. I signed my retainer on May 27, 2016 in his office located 114-08 101st Avenue, South Richmond Hill, New York 11419. There is also another attorney who works with A. Ali Yusaf named Stephen Skor this attorney business card has the name SKORLAW. I never signed a retainer with Stephen A. Skor. My wife and two daughters never signed any retainer with Stephen A. Skor. They told me they needed copies of my taxes I gave it, they also copied my social security card, birth certificate, marriage certificate and resident card, they both said my wife and two daughters are included in my civil case they copied my wife and two daughters social security numbers, my two daughters birth certificates, my wife New York State ID. Stephen A. Skor recommend a workers compensation firm and accompanied me when I signed a retainer for the firm PASTERNACK TILKER ZIEGLER WALSH STANTON & ROMANO L.L.P. on June 01, 2016 Kew Gardens Queens Location. Please note that this firm created several files without my consent and authorization using my WCB CASE NUMBER G1652616. They never let me know my Index Number. In July 2018 I discharged them. Please note that my case is an efile case in NEW YORK COUNTY SUPREME COURT. A. Ali Yusaf filed my civil case in the wrong county and then lied under penalty of perjury in the summons he efiled that i the plaintiff designed NEW YORK COUNTY SUPREME COURT as place of trial. I did not even know which court my case was filed until July 2018. While being pro se for my civil case Index Number 157714/2016 NEW YORK SUPREME COURT I found out that A. Ali Yusaf doing business in court as YUSAF & ASSOCIATES created different files using my civil case Index Number 157714/2016 Personal Injury, Labor Law, Tort & Negligence they never told me I had a Labor Law Case they gave another attorney Carol Abrams my Labor Law case without my consent and authorization I never met or spoke to this attorney ever. I never received any compensation, settlement for any part of my civil case. When A. Ali Yusaf doing business in court as YUSAF & ASSOCIATES filed his summons in NEW YORK COUNTY SUPREME COURT in September 14, 2016 he and Stephen A. Skor never informed me of how many entities are included in my civil case they agreed to stipulations, entities was released without my consent and authorization I also have records of them forging my signature and releasing my workers compensation records, medical records, tax records, sharing mine and my family social security numbers and records to attorneys, firms we never met or spoke to. In 2018 before they was discharged they told my wife and I that she and my two daughters will not be included in my civil case, my wife questioned why did they copy our personal information they never replied till this day. Since they both told us they live in Connecticut. My opinion is that we would not recommend this firm believe me they will commit so much fraud against their own clients.
