Thankfully I did not need a root canal and saved a bundle of money. Then Dr. Kline put a crown on my back molar and also sanded down the upper tooth so my bite was right. Dr. Kline is down to earth, very approachable, and is outstanding in discussing what is needed, and what may not be needed in dental treatment. He is outstanding in being sensitive to whether the patient feels any pain. He is very, very careful and pays attention to the patient, in order that the patient is not experiencing pain and when he worked on me, he pulled away when he could tell I began wincing and one time during the procedure he asked me if I wanted to "be numbed", or if I was going to be okay; things like this. He also is very good at understanding what you say when your mouth is full of dentist tools. I just really felt this is such a special, caring place. I have recommended this dentist to people, already.

The hygienist went to the Dr. Lee to inform him about my refusal to be x-rayed because of the pain. Instead of asking her what size she used he denied me service. I've never experienced that kind of pain during any x-ray. There are multiple sizes used for that type of x-ray and the largest one was used in my mouth. I believed it to be intentional. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went to Great Expressions and the dentist told me that was unnecessary. Only needed a crown and some fillings done as of now. I appreciate the honesty and ethics in this office. The assistant helped me understand each procedure before starting it and explained the costs, which helps me budget my dental work. Both the dentist and the assistant are very sweet and funny. The front staff is really kind too. I called for my first appointment and they explained their procedures. They're also very kind during the checkout process. Overall really glad I found this place. I know I need a lot of dental work done so being able to afford it and having them work around my schedule is very helpful.

I went in kinda nervous since I had never had a root canal before but they call me back thry put these rubber band theng in my mouth to stretch it open I told them it hurt they said it was nornal so I said ok so they numbed me then left me for 45min alone. So when then they came in I told him I wzdnt very numb so he gave me a few more shots then the process began it it was pretty much what I had expected but half way through I felt everything I yelled to stop and he said he had to go deeper before I could have more meds so I had to lay there and bare it and cry then after 15min I got more meds the process lasted 2 hours but at the end he said it took too long he couldn't finish I had to come back so I had to go through all of that again a few days later then to be in horrific pain 2 months later so I went back went through it all over it again then a few months later pain went back same a couple of days later I had to go back for horrible pain went through it again to then be told I either have sensitive teeth and gums or they cracked my tooth somewhere they can't see so now here I am I year from the first visit with ice on my face in the worst pain and I now need to find a new dentist to just get the tooth pulled the tooth I should have left alone in the first place. This wackadoodle dentists destroyed my mouth and my trust in dental professionals…read more I came to him as a new patient and was mind blown in the lack of time and dedication put into what he considers a cleaning. Literally in and out of the exam "room" in under 5 minutes. Was informed I need a filling on tooth 15 (let me add, this tooth had been broken for almost 3 years prior, and I had been there for TWO cleanings before he ever mentioned a filling being needed.) Came in to get the filling done which took all of 10 minutes( numbed, prepped, completed)When the numbing wore off I was in more pain than giving birth to a child. I called the office, was offered an emergency appointment that day but didn't want to pay the cost of it so I said I'll schedule for a couple days out. Give it time to maybe hopefully ease up. A week later and I blew up. My mouth wasn't getting any better, matter of fact it got worse. Taking Tylenol every 4-6 hours and an emergency appointment at a new dentist. It was discovered this doctor destroyed my tooth, packed it with filling material and left a bite hole on the side of it. Leading to the tooth to become infected and now an oral surgeon appointment. Save yourself the pain, and most importantly your teeth.
