I attempted their virtual IOP program, which was a joke. The therapist - facilitator was more concerned with being people's friends and chitchatting rather than helping people with eating disorders. She allowed harmful conversations without stepping in. They informed me that they were creating an outpatient PHP program that was starting on a particular date and days before informed me that that was not the case at that point. They would give me different information every time I called regarding this. I finally decided that I would go to the PHP that is located at the residential facility but stay off campus. I truly should have known better than to trust this place after all that they did prior to me going. Communication with the director was awful and inconsistent. I have been to numerous eating disorder treatment centers, and this has to be the worst of them all. The facility is filthy inside (I was told that they only have somebody come clean it twice a month) and run down. It is extremely small for the number of clients that they have. Everybody is stacked upon each other. There is no consistency with time for groups or meals. Outings that have been planned for clients were canceled at the last minute with no explanation. During groups people are laid all over the furniture, either sleeping or not participating at all. There were two people that were cuddling up to each other during group, which was very uncomfortable. They do not follow food safety guidelines as I saw the chef walking around with the gloves she was using to cook while going through the facility. Clients are allowed to reach into containers of food with bare hands, which has never been allowed at any other facility I've been to. There were also numerous issues with people receiving their medication's as there were only agency nurses available that had no clue what medication's people needed. So people were going without their medication's for extended periods of time. In the short time I was there, EMS was called for patients more than in any other extended length of time I've stated in the other facility. The worst part is the dietitian was lacking any sort of compassion and willingness to work with me and my medical issues. She acted like she was, but she was not in the end. She was also very threatening when it came to behaviors and wasn't helpful in the slightest when it came to discussing how to decrease or redirect those behaviors only that I needed to "stop doing" them. She truly did not even give me a chance to make any changes. After two full days of treatment, they told me that they recommended a higher level of care and when I said that I wasn't going to do that because of prior trauma in residential facilities, they appeared to be threatening to keep me there against my will. They said they had to have approval from the clinical director for me to leave and I said that I would leave if I wanted to and they said I was a danger to myself. Which I was not, my vitals were stable at that point and doing just fine. I was absolutely terrified they were going to keep me there. I was able to get my belongings quickly and leave before that could happen. I know this is a lengthy review and this is not all that I have to say about this facility. For your own good, please just run as far as you can as it is not helpful, but definitely more harmful. My faith in not only treatment, but people has been diminished because of this center. It should not be open.

I did virtual iop w Stacy, amazing program if you want it to work for you. Heard horrible things…read moreabout their residential facility. They let one of my friends go without heart medication, let in sexual predators and neglect patients therapeutic needs. You just go to gain weight they don't rly do anything else there fr. Director Lauren is fake as hell and very uncanny valley. Definition of a performative recovery atmosphere. Stacy brown rocks tho, do their online iop. Also the nurse is actually unqualified for her job n has no supervisor. She never gave me my discharge referrals, one of the main reasons I wanted help was to find drs. Never got shit from them. I had a better time and more care in jail.
