They took months to get back to me on basic questions, didn't even answer their phone or respond to voicemails for months at a time, and were unable to stick to deadlines of any kind. They gave me incorrect information on my probate case multiple times and even when they had several chances to correct this information so I could refinance my home that was in probate at a low rate, they continued to provide me with false information. By the end of this case, it was clear that the legal assistant assigned to me didn't even know the laws regarding probate. The law office ignored requests for communication on the progress of my case by phone, text, and mail. I would not recommend using this law office, especially for probate. I expressed my concerns to the office manager, and she said she would look into the issues I was having with resolving my case and then never spoke to me again. I have never been treated by a legal office in this way and I am still in shock. It took over a year to complete a very straightforward probate case that Kenneth said during our initial consult would take approximately 4 months.
