Staff is always friendly and helpful; prices here are better than Tractor Supply stores.

Today was the last time I will ever shop here. I have been going here for years and every time I have dealt with the most unfriendly, unhelpful, dismissive, rude, and unappreciative employees. I kept thinking things would change but it's always the same. There's always several young people working there just standing around giggling and gossiping and ignoring customers. we bought a brand new stihl weedeater about a month ago. we brought it in today because it shuts off. while we were in the back desk with a worker looking at it and he pulled the line right off the mower. there was no mechanic available and the manger refused to give us a replacement. they don't horor their products and acted like they just don't care. we will NEVER but anything from there again! let's see how they fix this problem for a first time customer!!!! read more

The service at the Robertson's Ace in Laurens is inconsistent at best. Sometimes the staff members are helpful, but many times they act like the customer is imposing on them. This is especially true of the younger ones. We do not really like going there to shop, but we go because it is close. We prefer shopping at the new Robertson's Ace in Clinton. The staff there is very professional, considerate, and helpful. Staff members in the Clinton store even wear their masks! read more

I was appalled when I went in to Robertson's Ace Hardware and not one employee was wearing a face mask, I am an older man with health problems already and am very concerned about covid-19. When I brought this to there attention they were very uncaring and rude like it was my fault. they said that I should order online and pick up curbside but I would bet the person that brought it out to me would not be wearing a mask either. They have a sign above the door that say's you can pick up curbside but if you were in town shopping why would you do that? They should have a sign enter at your own risk, no mask's worn here.
