Completely rude on the phone. I called in wanting to order a pizza and was told I couldn't get one pizza delivered to me, I would have to order more. I told her I'm only one person, so I only need one pizza she then said, "I have other one the line you don't order we don't talk." Not recommended. Very dry, hard, crust that was not chewy, but leathery. Obviously premade and probably frozen. Four topping medium was nearly twenty bucks. I wouldn't call that cheap. Love my guys at Robin Hood pizza. Always great service. Always awesome smiles. I usually get delivery. Tonight I called, and I was told too late for delivery. They took my order and I said I would be there in 10 minutes to pickup. When I got there, I realized he was closing and he stayed open for my order. Great service guys. This location has apparently changed hands recently and things are different. We've ordered from here frequently for four years and really loved it until the last few months. Toppings have become more sparse (tonight's pizza had nothing but sauce on about 1/3 of the area overall), the sauce seems way thicker and sweeter, and the base is doughier than it used to be. This place is still an absolute bargain, a good pizza for the price (pepperoni, sausage and pineapple for under $10). We just really miss the way things used to be. They're always polite and friendly, have never made a mistake in an order, the pizza is hot and ingredients are good quality. The shop is always very clean. It's easier to get in and out of the parking lot than you'd think, even with a huge traffic increase due to the pot shop next door. read more

We just moved to the area and wanted to try a local pizza place, not a chain. We found Robin hood. The person who answers the phone is extremely hard to undertsand. The language barrier causes him to come off rude. I normally have no issue understand accents, but he didn't seem to understand me either.The online menu doesn't have current pricing so out pizza was about $5 more than We expected. We were told the pizza would be ready "shortly" not any actual time given. 40 minutes later our pizza showed up. The pizza was extremely delicious. As well as the cheesy bread. Please get your customer service and website together so I can enjoy your pizza more often! read more

Their online menu states $15 minimum for delivery I call and place a order for $17 and they say the minimum is $20. First don't lie to your customers online and secondly don't raise the price than try to offer someone a side that costs a extra $7. read more

Ordered here a number of times for our company which is typically 12 pizzas, breadsticks and sodas. Tried to order today but the individual who said he was the manager on duty was obviously upset over other issues. He hung up on me twice and was yelling at me on my third attempt to place an order. This is not how you treat customers, it shows a total lack of professionalism and respect. Don't need this from anyone no matter what their mood. Been going here since it opened and was a fan. Gave it a 5 star years ago but now new owners and poor service. The food is about what it was but the prices have gone up the time has gone up and they screw up orders. I will be looking for a new place. read more

This place is really good. We got a Hawaiian pizza and the Italian cheese bread. First time going here will come back. The only down fall is when we opened the boxes they smelt like curry. We are not fans of curry. But will come back just for the pizza. read more

Tried for the first time because I'm tired of the big chain pizzerias. I was worried because the prices are low, but since reviews were good I tried it anyways. Everybody loved it, it tastes fresh, the crust is slightly crispy and just doughy enough on the inside. Pizza sauce tastes great, and we will definitely be repeat customers. read more

I had to dl the yelp app just so I can tell you not to go here! Maybe if you want to go inside and order....but DELIVERY?????? The driver could not speak english to save his life. When he called me to find out where I was located, it sounded like he was speaking in his native tongue. We could not establish simple directions because he could not speak a language that surrounds him. I don't care how good the food may have been, if you don't have good enough customer service to NOT hang up on someone that's putting money in your pocket, then you don't need to be in business. I see lots of great reviews for this place so maybe my experience was not the typical pizza you would get from this place. First off the cheese bread I ordered didn't have hardly any cheese on it at all and it tasted like curry, seriously as soon as I opened the box I could smell curry. I don't know if someone was heating their lunch up the same time my bread was cooking or what, I love curry but not on my lack of cheese bread. Next the pizza was some of the worst I had ever had, same thing there was almost no cheese on it and it didn't look anything like the pizza on their website. The pizza on the website looked a lot like godfathers used to with a thick bread like crust around the outside which Is what I like. However when the pizza came the crust was nothing like this, and there was very little sauce. So I had a dried out pizza with almost no cheese, a tiny crust, and very little sauce. I was not happy, I think a pizza joints pizza should look like what they advertise. I won' t be going back here and I will stick with papa murphys take and bake myself. read more
