PRMG, in their infinite wisdom, decided to pull money from our escrow account to pay for an…read moreinsurance policy that, 1) is not the same insurance company we use and 2) is not a policy that is even under our name. They literally paid for someone else's insurance policy with our money. We identified this issue in less than 20 minutes, however, after calling them over the course of 2 days and explaining the issue to them, they are still going to take about 20 DAYS to do their little investigation and "cut us a check" once they determine their mistake. You might have better luck having someone else manage your money; like a distant relative that you knew when you were 5 but don't speak to anymore, or a stranger on the street.
