I moderated a panel last week and a panelist I was being introduced to said, "yes, the woman with the most amazing head shot." Yesterday morning we did our 5th(!) family mini session shoot with Stacey in a garden next to the Capitol. It's wonderful to get these beautiful shots of our children growing up -- and have some shots with me that I love that aren't selfies! Years ago Stacey took an iconic (among our family and friends) photo of my son sulking off to the left of the Washington monument when my husband and I were were standing to the right smiling while pregnant with our daughter. Olga had several different set ups ready when we arrived and let us prioritize which ones we preferred. She took many photos to ensure she got goods ones and gave us the full hour and half she promised. The only downside was that its a long process. Our photoshoot took place at 10 days after delivery, and we received the CD we ordered with accompanying photos and a canvas when baby was 7 weeks old. As a result, our birth announcement went out when baby was 2 months old. It's a lot of work on her part so I can understand why it takes so long, but you should be aware in case you want to use photos for any particular purpose.

Anyway, you get where I'm going with this - I couldn't find anything "good" until I searched Google and Ellie's name appeared. I read the reviews, went on her website and saw the prices. At first I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that kind of money but hey - it's an hour long shoot, the reviews are amazing and it's something special for my fiancé and me so what the heck right?! :) YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! She is so sweet, poses you in many different positions, and even gives you the option to do your own thing/poses if you want. Well worth the money I promise!
