I can't fault this team, they just seemed to take that little bit more extra time to detail, and got the little extra things done right to my my car . I will even come down to the Gold Coast to get my car washed and waxed next time. The reason I have to give these guys the best franchise so far is that after driving my car home, upon inspection there was NO water streaks residue running down the side of my doors or of the back. This seems to be a continuing issue with my car when I take it to Norman Park.

Then I tried to contact them, asking if possible to finish checking what they didn't have time to do in the last service, and I haven't got any answer from them. Also, they were also charging 1600 dollars to change the timing belt with the water pump, wichich is ridiculous. Also, I asked how much would be the labour for installing a new "start motor", which was a price 2 times more than the fair price of a service.

I also had issues at other mechanics as some didn't fix things properly, resulting in more problems soon after, but going to Gringo always resolved everything for the long term. I also love how they let me know about things that will need doing in advance with quotes, so I can prepare myself for expenses to come. They also show me the issues so I can better understand my car and what they do. They are the best!
