This attorney was By FAR the worst attorney we could have chosen for my mom's succession. He charged us a little over 3K which is more than he usually charges. he was uninformative, unavailable and condescending. My mom succession was left open and never closed. He filed the case and disappeared. He never sequestered ANYTHING! He didn't advise us on next steps. My mom didnt have much and he took total advantage us. He ONLY filed my case. He didnt complete the succession and or give plausible advice on how to proceed. When I finally came to his office in person. He took mugshots of me and my husband for his records. He said he had to have pictures of all his clients. It made us feel uncomfortable. This was weird considering he was paid in full up front. Ultimately, I received a letter from the state saying my case was abandoned due to inactivity. However, I had an attorney so this was also very confusing. Nonetheless, RUN! Do not choose this attorney! He is money hungry and heartless. Losing my mom was devastating. She had a bank account, home, car, jewels, and more but we lost everything and what we didnt lose, the state took. All why having THIS attorney!
