I would like to say for one the value on the property for 1219 Logan ave better be a real low ball…read morenumber considering Paul bunch is trying to get it on the market as quickly as possible and sold before the feds kick in his nephew in laws door. The amount of water damage in that place is unforgivable and I recall his sister in law (whom lived in it last) told me as I was residing with her that I could not even flush the toilet paper in the bathroom because the sewer issues were so bad they were going to cost her $5,000 to get fixed so needless to say the issue never got fixed. As a matter of fact Keller and Williams you might want to look a little deeper into the people you have in your business and the tangle web of illegal activities they may be involved in before you allow them to bring in personal matters to your business let alone work for you! The same individual that lived previously in this house is about to be hit with fraud and a long list of federal offenses and Paul knows all about it and the fact he is willing to still participate and enable his nephew in law (whom really owns the property) and his sister in law (who lived last here) and they are both under investigation for money laundering says Paul must be just as crooked as them. Or his wife is sinking her teeth in and getting him involved into all of this and he's too weak to do the next right thing. I'd like to add the sister in law of the realtor Paul who is trying to sell this home I'm almost 100% sure are hiding a stolen vehicle of mine in the garage and Paul Bunch is very aware of it. Why else is the garage windows all of a sudden spray painted. Yes months ago they weren't sure the new owner will find that quite annoying. Again that vehicle is reported stolen so if it is on that property in that garage which I encourage whoever is in charge of this business in Lafayette please have Paul open the garage and see if a 2007 Honda pilot is hidden in there . That would make him now the one also associated with a stolen vehicle. Horrible people . Absolutely horrible . Down right evil.
