Costs vary on the area that you are going to have lasered. If you compare prices and get consultations at other laser spas, I think you will find Lorraine's prices very reasonable. After my Groupon ran out, she continued to honor the price that I paid for additional sessions. The treatments are working slowly but surely, and not everyone has the same results. I only took off a star because the procedure isn't always comfortable, but Lorraine does a great job with making it a seamless experience. I also have to say that I am happy with how easy going of a person Lorraine is. I was sick and didn't want to irritate the skin under my nose with the lasers, because it was already dried out. She was really great about being understanding and rescheduling me for a later date. All of my appointments have run on time, and normally only last 15 minutes.

A peron at Genesee Valley Derm first name startig with a J, kept sending the documents to Noble Health Services which is a pharmacy, (who are 3 hours away) AND NOT my insurance, she did this 3xs, even after i called their office and told them again 3xs ...they need to call my insurance she even sent me a message in my PortaL assuring me that she sent the docs to my ins and had tge audacity to blame them, for the delay, been with this Insurance for 14 and NEVER had a problem. So after 4 wKS of this Necessary stress, ihad to call Noble Health services and cancel the prescription and Have GVD finally send the RX to my Pref pharmacy! Beyond that, the setting was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and my technician remembered me and what was happening in my life even when I was only coming in once every two months or so! They were also very understanding and easy to reschedule with on the many, many occasions my fluctuating work schedule or family emergencies made me suddenly unavailable. I once spent $50 on a double French braid here, as a way to manage my hair on a camping trip. The stylist, for one, was miserable, like my request was a burden to her, and two, she didn't use any product. Not a single one. I had to take the braids out within an hour because they looked so bad. I ended up paying a random person on the street $10 to re-braid my hair with love light and product, and it was gorgeous.
