We had to plan our STL metro area wedding from California and David was there for every step; from the first video chat planning session to staying several hours at my mother's house 4 months later to help us finish the album. He is takes very detailed notes and gives you plenty of time to reflect on what you want. The more details you can give him the better, so he knows exactly what to shoot for. We definitely needed a photographer who would "direct" the more formal portraits and he was on top of everything! 3) Wedding planning: David was very organized from the engagement contract, to the list of shots we needed, and everything in between. He went above and beyond, scouting different areas around the reception location to make sure we had plenty of options on the big day. We did several run throughs on paper and in person. He really acted like wedding planner! 4) Day of: First, David came for the rehearsal dinner even though it was not required. On the big day, he had a second shooter and an assistant (which we discussed). Everything was streamlined and coordinated. After the ceremony, the crew worked with us to get family portraits and wedding party portraits in 2 different locations before heading to the reception! 5) Personal touches: David truly understands how to keep the experience personal. The shower was for my active duty daughter who resides in California and was traveling to the St. Louis area for a family baby shower in honor of her. COVID-19 and Department of Defense travel restrictions now prevent both my daughter and me from visiting the area until mid-May. My daughter's due date prevents us from rescheduling the baby shower. We can not schedule an in studio photo shoot because we don't live in the local St. Louis area and due to life events don't know when we're able to visit the St. Louis area again. Ag Photography had absolutely no problem taking my full payment at the time of scheduling but will not refund my money even though my request for cancellation is completely out of our control. I am not canceling just because. We've received full refunds from the airlines, the local area St. Louis cake baker, and everyone else in that area we'd contracted with to make the event special for my daughter. However, Ag Photography is unwilling to conduct business in an honest, ethical manner. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. I certainly understand the inconvenience my cancellation may cause, but the entire country is being inconvenienced at the moment for the health and safety of us all. If Ag Photography is willing to behave unethically with a pregnant, active duty service member whose husband is currently on deployment defending our freedoms, know that they will do the same to you! Please don't waste your time or money with Ag Photography. Henry was quick, responsive, and able to come to us in the Central West End. We also had specific compressing needed for the end results but Henry let us know that he would also provide us the high res images. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were booked for 10AM, He tu showed up at 9:45 to set up in our apartment. He made the shoot super fun and light, helping my husband feel at ease.
