They took their time loading my Porsche onto the flatbed. Hoping they do that with all cars, but Pedro the operator made me feel good about leaving the car in their hands. Today was the same great service. I wish the technician used a funnel to pour the oil. He spilled some on the engine, but as expected, he was quick to clean it up, so I am happy. After they changed our oil, our check engine light came on. They quickly wiped out a diagnostic machine, to check the codes. We just had it inspected the day before, so it didn't make much sense. Then they popped the hood and checked what the codes were saying. I also like that they work together as team, and it shows in their work, and the way they speak to each other, no sarcasm or shade, just joy and smiles.

He found some things that a Firestone mechanic missed back in February that could have caused some serious issues for us. Paul also was very good at explaining all of this to us in a way that us non-mechanically inclined people could completely understand. He earned our trust today and we will not be going anywhere else in the future.

I set my cruise control to the exact speed limit since she was practically driving in my backseat. Once we got near the end of 99N, she finally switched to the other lane. I shut off my cruise control and sped up to the flow of traffic at which point she decided to floor it to try and cut me off once again. This lady is driving a massive vehicle and speeding and cutting people off like she's in a Fiat. She should be tested for substances and absolutely shouldn't be on the road in anything faster than roller skates.

I've always had difficulty trusting mechanics with cars, either because they don't check everything…read moreor try to overquote you for things. Mike (the service advisor at the Webster location) is not one of those mechanics. He is honest and transparent about his work, and he will go the extra mile to make sure everything is fixed and ready to go. I had a thumping noise issue that was affecting my car for weeks, and one Firestone location made repairs but not the right ones to remove the noise - and they also refused to look at the car any further. Thankfully Mike at the Webster location made sure he inspected the car in full (which the other location didn't do), and he was able to locate the cause - a rusted-out rear parking brake. Despite a delay in getting parts, once he received them, Mike made sure the work was done right away. He also drove the car to make sure the noise was gone. When I picked it up, I didn't hear the noise either. If you're in a pinch for repairs and you're in or near Webster, I would recommend visiting the Ridge Road location - and I hope Mike is your advisor. He will look into the issue, find the cause, and make sure the right work is done. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Mike, for being an awesome help!

Upgrade on oil change not disclosed $79.00 I will never use this Firestone nor any other Firestone for service. This is supposed to be a national company. A consumer expects a degree of similitude in pricing. Never again- Firestone has lost all credibility. In addition, after calling Firestone Corporate, the customer service representative informed me that this Firestone location would not provide a quote for the service in question. Understandable -- sort of- not completely though. Now- this is the puzzling part- the neighboring Firestone Service Center was able to provide a quote of $75.00 for the service. This is in alignment with Kia DEALERSHIP's quote. Takeaway- There is nothing to be explained away-- here. Maybe they used a higher quality bulb- A High Mileage Oil No matter- an establishment does not make decisions for another's possessions. It is simply not good business practice. Selah
