He looked up the oil and filters needed and quoted me $350-$400 for the full job -- comparable to what Kenworth charges for the same service. I chose this shop specifically because of that quote, at a time when I was watching my money very closely. The invoice for that exact PM service came to $676.69 -- nearly double what I was quoted for the same scope of work he had already priced out. If you're bringing a truck here, get everything in writing before you authorize anything, because the quote and the invoice did not match.
