It's a nice positive atmosphere without any drama. Everyone is so welcoming. The variety of products is amazing and the quality is even better. I will be making the 3.5hr road trip (each way) to visit the shop in a couple months. Can't wait to see everything in person and all the new items being carried. I believe the piercers name was Carrie and she took great care and was gentle with placing a new ring in - it was $30.
