The staff is very attentive and efficient, as well as super helpful! They didn't have the item we wanted in the store... so the personable young man helped us by showing us online options. We selected one we thought my daughter would like and he suggested having it shipped to the store when I mentioned my mail service is shoddy. Each time I called to check if it had arrived (we were anxious) they were polite and patient with me. It arrived when they said it would, and they called me as soon as it arrived. When we came in for pick up, the nice young man told my daughter if she opened it there, he would tune it for her. The ukulele is beautiful- even better than we expected! *see the photo we posted* We could not be more pleased with the new organized store layout and the caliber of employees at this location. I will definitely be back for our ongoing music needs. I also applied for & got a Guitar Center card so I'll earn rewards. Alex waited on me & was very nice & even funny. He does take his customer service very seriously too, going above & beyond. This Guitar Center is a cool store & not too far from my house. Their drum room could use some upkeep, however, because the cymbals were coated in dust.

When We met he gave the bass a thorough inspection and walked me through the work that needed to be done. He also suggested that the bass be shielded to eliminate a really bad buzz. He was upfront about what NEEDED immediate attention vs. what he simply recommended. I ended going with all of his recommendations, but appreciated the fact that he didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary repairs. I also love the fact that he was able to complete the work in a couple of days. The sound and feel are A+++ and the buzz is now non existent. Kurt is knowledge, courteous, professional and very good at what he does. He's gained a customer for life in my and I would recommend him to anyone!

I live super close to Brindleys, and I love supporting local! I have a professional model solid…read moresilver flute that I wanted to get overhauled, as it hasn't been played in several years. Everyone I spoke to was really nice, and I was able to get my flute serviced quickly. The instrument repair person is there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They did a pretty good job, but definitely didn't polish my flute, which I was kind of disappointed about, especially since I asked it to be thoroughly cleaned (this was also indicated on my service ticket they typed up). I was able to polish it myself after I got it back with a silver polishing cloth that I had to purchase. They have a huge variety of instruments, accessories, and books! It does seem to be more catered to guitars/percussion, but they still had a decent selection for woodwinds and brass. They also have tons of teachers that do private lessons. I will definitely be returning if I need anymore repairs done, as they did a nice job with those!

While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.
