At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care. Literally everyone in line was speaking up and rightfully upset primarily because your position in line determined your discount %. Well these 4 kids who got to cut in front of everybody took myself and 2 family members out of the 90% off(I'll come back to this) discount for being the first 10 people. So I was pissed AND the employee didn't address this to anyone, he literally ignored us all regarding this matter when he came out to hand tickets out. I finally get into the store after standing/sitting outside for 2.5hrs(I mention this to further emphasize those 4 kids just chilling in their car) now I'm in the 75% off bracket. Now I am being told that the discount only applies to a separate purchase after a qualifying $50 or more 1st purchase. This was NOT how the advertisement was worded or indicated, it clearly said discount only applies to the purchase of 1 item $50 or more. Manager simply said "Nope," nothing more. So myself and 2 other customers who were going to spend their own money(the 2 family members) promptly turned around and left. All 3 of us were there to buy new device kits and expensive CBD juice, we weren't just trying to get 90% off on the minimum $50 and take advantage.
