Dr, Steven and Dr. Mandi are great they always took great care of our whole family, things changed for us during the pandemic and we had to stop going. So I called them because I hurt my back and tried to get back in and was told I had to start as a new patient all over again and they could not get me in for a week. I am in constant pain can't wait a week so forced to go some were else. I am old and have a bad back and Steven would get me in when it was needed. But it seems that the boss is not there now so that service went out the door when the owners went back up north. Every year or so my lower back spasms to the point of paralysis/severe pain down my right leg. I'm normally wheelchair bound for 2-3 days before I can transition to a walker for another 1-2 days. After 2-3 weeks of steroid shots and weeks of physical therapy I start to feel normal. I have had several different types of pain most of my life. Then in 2020 I had a surgery that resulted in complications to my ribs and thoracic area.
