I found a similar one empty and was 1/2 way done unloading truck when management returned my calls. They informed me the door was broken on the one I chose. It was a mechanical issue that made it very difficult, but I decided to keep it. Rather than removing all the contents. I called several months ago complaining about an ant hill that was encroaching into my unit. Today I arrived to find nothing had been done about it. Now there's also rodent droppings all over my couch. I called to inform them of my planned move out on March 13 but they refused to prorate the month! Which makes zero sense seeing I moved in on the 20th of the month and they prorated it and also because my unit wasn't rentable because of the broken door. So now I'm moving out on the 28th to avoid a full months rent. This sucks because I'll have to store it at my home for 13 days before I'm moving. But I'd rather do that then give them another penny. My advice is "Don't rent here."

They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. DO NOT USE AMS! My mother used them in a recent move. At first they believed her artwork was…read moremissing, but near the end of the move they found it buried under blankets in the truck. The canvas print was damaged during the move (worn off around the edges), along with other furniture items. We filed a claim since we had purchased their insurance coverage. During the claims process, they requested a repair estimate, which we provided, but their offers remained below the quoted repair cost. Communication was also very slow. Weeks would often pass between responses, and revised offers would appear with little or no explanation, usually only about $50 higher than the previous one. As of today, 7 months later, my mother still has not received compensation for the damaged artwork or furniture. We certainly would never use them again.
