With masks on the whole time. I was very impressed with every aspect of their service. Timeliness, care, professional attitude, and very friendly. Overall a pleasant and professional experience. If I ever move again I will definitely use them again.

The movers were nice but moved at a snail's pace. The original 2-3 hour estimate bled into 5.5…read morehours and the job did not get done. The moving truck was half empty on top when they drove away, leaving me hanging with items in the driveway. Picture below. They said that Uhauls don't have enough security points to attach the tie downs to, so it was difficult for them to fit everything in. My husband and I had to unpack half the truck to then hire a different crew and reload it properly. Everything DID fit. The GM, Cole, said they couldn't help us - he did nothing to even attempt to rectify the situation. He was more concerned about being clear that "because we repacked the truck, they're not liable for anything." First 3 pictures are what I was left with. Final few are the end result, after we fixed what Two Men left us with. I wasn't my offered ANY kind of refund despite that our cross-country departure was postponed, travel plans skewed, sacrificed our own backs, paid a lot more than what was on the estimate. Had to hire ANOTHER crew to help us do what Two Men was supposed to. Highly unsatisfactory. I have received nothing but curtness and blatant lies from the GM, Cole. They did NOT recommend that I get a larger uhaul ahead of time. (I rented the largest one in the fleet, for a piece of mind.) He's saying I didn't provide safety materials (moving blanket and ratchet straps) but I 100% did. They did not use all I provided, plus I had tons more they could've used. They definitely didn't have any issues using my Alan keys and power driver! The original core values of Two Men and a Truck include Care, Integrity, Give Back to the Community, The Grandma Rule (treat everyone as if they were your Grandma - with dignity, respect, and patience), Inclusion, and Be Your Best and Have Fun --- I most definitely did NOT receive any of this treatment from Cole. The Bozeman franchise isn't living up to the core values and the head shed isn't holding them accountable. SMH

The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.
