While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. Working from home, it was essential for me to find a service that wouldn't distract me with lots of chatter. Third, they communicate well. My typical cleaning day is Monday, so I get a text by mid-day on Friday giving me a two-hour window when they will be here. Recently there have been a couple weeks where so many employees were sick, they needed to reschedule. They were very accommodating and apologetic about it. Finally, they just do a good job. They are not deep cleaners, but surfaces are wiped, floors are mopped, and the kitchen looks great. At the rates we are paying (very competitive!), I don't expect a deep clean every time.
