They charge $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 for just a lot rental not including utilities such as water, electric, cable, trash.. They claim to offer some convoluted monthly "utilities" package again beware. What is generally considered to be affordable housing, a trash/ 55 year old trailer will cost you well over $2,000.00 a month with all fees included, when your mobile home is destroyed in a hurricane and unlivable they will demand payment anyway, going so far as suing you.
