But as we all know, staff changes and so here we are! I ordered the Italian Margarita and hubby ordered the peach tea. Observing the specials card on the table, we noticed there was a new dish called Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. We both decided to try it. The salad and breadsticks arrived quickly and the food arrived about 20 minutes later. The dish was a spicy concoction of shrimp and sirloin tips on a bed of bucatini pasta. The flavors of the dish reminded me more of a Caribbean flare than an Italian dish. The flavors blended somewhat well and it was fairly enjoyable. The main drawback was the sirloin steak tips. They were difficult to chew and overcooked. Next time I would definitely order these medium rare. As always, the salad and breadsticks were on point. I would definitely come back with the new staff. We were served by Rick and he was on point, friendly and a great personality.
