We had a great fun time in here so much so we went a few times. There were nine of us, so some did 10 pin bowling and some watched the younger kids among us run amok in the elaborate play zone. They have free and good WiFi. The food on offer was ok priced for ok food. Most of what I could see food wise was pre-frozen factory produced food like low quality cheap chicken nuggets and chips. Not my idea of dining but many folk seem not to mind feeding this stuff to kids. I sure wouldn't. They sold the wonderful Maud's ice cream too but sadly they didn't have pooh bear so I had to settle for vanilla. 1st world problems I suppose. The staff were a friendly bunch despite being continually surrounded by the sort of mayhem that pre teen kids specialise in. It's four star but only 2 stars food wise where the could and should do much better. read more

here Saturday night with my brother and cousin. Didn't book but it want very busy bowling was 17.50 for half hour 35 for an hour good value I like it. It was a different night rather than the pub. They have a full bar and serve food we didn't eat but I saw the food and it looked good nibbles really and plates to share which is great for the night with friends! They also have a brilliant basketball game which my brother broke the record on ( my arms still hurt from trying to beat him slightly competitive two but I won bowling so I guess were even :-) ) Brilliant for kids aswell with the bouncing castle above and ball pens. Pool table up on first floor as well didn't venture up that far a good spot tho really especially for groups! read more

I've been bringing the kids to Rock n Bowl for years, since they first opened, we've had some great times there, the kids getting rid of all that excess energy after a long day sitting still in school, and the mums enjoying a coffee or three. My kids have since graduated from the soft play area to the bowling and the arcade machines (expensive hobby!!). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I find the place clean and the food is quite good for fast food. With all the running about a pitcher of Miwadi is good value at 2 euro, we usually go through several of them in course of a couple of hours! Some healthier food options wouldn't go amiss though especially since it is a place for kids, but overall I think it's a lovely place to spend a rainy afternoon in Mullingar for kids and grown-ups too. read more
