Very unhelpful. Old lady was on her phone the whole time. Everything was overpriced and gaudy.

My fiancé bought the ring on Friday 9/10. The guy working told him if it doesn't fit, stop in Monday, it will take an hour of our time to resize it. We got there Monday, a younger woman tells us it should be ready in a week. There was no call from them by Tuesday of the following week, so he tried to call. The guy says to call tomorrow. That kept going on until Friday. Granted, two weeks isn't that long to wait, I just feel we at least could have gotten a reasoning as to why it was taking longer than they said. All they would tell us is "I know it sucks to be without your ring, we'll call you when it's done". The ring is beautiful tho, and now it fits perfectly. read more

Almost 20 years ago Julie helped my husband design my wedding ring set. It's beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time! I have nothing but good to say about Jim and Julie. We have had other business dealings with them through the years and it's been all great. I've recommended them to family and friends, also have heard good things back from them. I would not give Jim any of my business ever again !!! I brought in two rings one from my husband and one is a family heirloom . I was very nervous to bring my rings in there cause it was the only thing I had left from the family member . I go to pick up my rings . He told me he only had one ring and then tell me the family heirloom ring was LOST !! He made me feel like I was lying cause my ring wasn't worth millions and that I didn't live on vermillion !! I was very upset that he would stereo type a person like that !!!! I hope this review helps someone choose a jewelry store that they trust cause this is so not one that I trust no longer !!!!! read more

My ring my fioncee got me - wedding band broke right away... within a week... very upset they wouldn't replace it... he didn't get insurance but they should have insisted on insurance... they didn't bother explaining about it. Or he didn't listen. Either way I haven't had it replaced and has cost me a large part of my relationship hardships. Fighting about the dumb ring. read more
