I showed up about a half hour early and they also got me in early which was nice. Every staff person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Step by step instructions were clear. The contrast portion of the procedure was not as painful as the one I had 15 years ago and the Dr made it go quickly. The MRI was easy and they also offer headphones if you need that. Otherwise, this was a claustrophobic experience made easy.

Lastly, not being able to get a CD of my images (didn't need report) was a huge inconvenience. I have a second opinion on the west side and wanted the CD to take with me.
