The entire crew was fantastic! Our two year old dishwasher leaked and damaged the flooring. We had to wait for new flooring to arrive and that held us up for five months. However, once the flooring was here, the RCC crew came immediately and didn't leave until absolutely ever detail was looked after. Jay was here often checking and overseeing the work. A big thank you goes to Kelsey for all of her help and the Kyle for not leaving until the job was done to perfection. Also, thanks to Audrey, April, Dillon, and the rest of the crew. It was great to see people doing their work with a smile on their faces and doing it well. We so appreciated their positive attitude and their calm demeanor. I was happy with the initial installation, but let Rocky Cross know about the concerns. They bent over backwards to make sure things were taken care of and the situation was resolved. This company has been a nightmare to work with. While in the beginning they were very accommodating, by the 3 day of working with them, we had safety concerns for our children and I was constantly cleaning up messes their workers had left behind. RCC was hired by our Insurance Company in spring 2013 and the work still isn't complete. All of the projects have needed to be redone at least once. They often sent subcontractors who either didn't show up to complete their hired job or wrecked something else while they were here. They even tried to have a C-can containing our belongings removed from our property. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone......ever! read more

I was caring for my partner's house while he was away on research and came in one day to a huge disaster - frozen pipes that had burst through virtually the entire 2 story stack and water everywhere and a flooded basement. McRae Fisher and his team were amazing at getting the restoration process under way professionally and efficiently so that by the time my partner arrived back home much of the clean up was done and the plumbing completed and the restoration well under way thus easing the situation and anxiety for my partner. Worst. Company. Ever. It took me months to have someone return my call. My house flooded, when I called, I was constantly put through to voicemail. When someone finally showed up, it was a weird tall female. She spent more time explaining the genitalia of ducks than she did actually working. They then forgot to complete a few things and again, dodged my calls. It took ages for someone to show up. This was a horrible experience and I will never deal with them again. Furthermore, I have a friend who attempted to have their roof leak fixed. It took months to have a call returned. Finally, some snotty "manager" phoned back. The roof was not fixed, by them at least. (Thank you belfor!) Ladies and gents, do not deal with these con artists. From their horrible management to crazy and useless staff, your money would be better off flushed down the toilet!!!!!! read more
