My wife frequents this dispensary as they've always been pleasant and knowledgable. An experience…read morewe had recently changed that. She went to purchase 2 of the 4g buckets of dabs, instead was charged for the buckets, but given 2 single grams. After noticing the mistake, we reached out to the store to notify and try and fix the issue. They told us since we already left, there's nothing they can do. I then decided to pursue this a bit deeper, and reached out to the owner, Paul, a nice guy from Colorado Springs. He assured us that once Sunshine and Pete were back on Monday they would fix this. Monday is today, I drove 40 minutes to the dispensary to overhear the owner on the phone with my wife telling her its her fault, and that mistakes were made on both sides. Imagine running a retail establishment, selling something incorrect to a customer, then blaming them. I've worked in Customer Service most of my life, and this is a practice I have not heard of. Ended up going to Wild Wild Weed and they gave a discount and a free pre-rolled. They'll be getting my business in the future.
