Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.

Initially, they were not adding the correct chemicals to my pool, which led to calcium buildup on my slate rock and tile. When they came out to "fix" the issue, they ended up turning my beautiful black rock white, and now the top of my tile around the pool looks extremely aged. It's been over a month since I first reported the problem, and I have received no communication from them. They've sent a service technician out twice to resolve the issue, but nothing has changed--my pool still looks the same. Had motor for pump replaced on Thursday 08 December 2022…read more Original (1999) motor taking a crap on me and had to replace with a new one. Scott Harris replaced motor and did an excellent job as well as his courteous service. New motor now super quiet compared to my old dilapidated motor which was making loud grinding noises and leaking everywhere, not just from the gasket area which caused small flooding around my entire pump area. So I called these guys to come check it…read moreout and get an estimate.The person who came out said I would have to replace all the equipment in back and would cost a few thousand dollars. I was a little bit blown back. I felt like I needed to get a second opinion from another company. Since everything was built less than five years ago and the equipment wasn't that old. They said no the equipment was fine and did not have to be replaced. There was just a part malfunctioning and it only be a couple hundred bucks.
