I have had colonoscopies done many times in the past and have never had any issues obtaining the prescription. Currently, my procedure is scheduled for May, and I simply cannot get the prescription for the medication needed for the prep. I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic today. I arrived 12 minutes late, following unavoidable, horrendous traffic due to an accident on the highway. When I checked in the assistant immediately told me I'd have to reschedule. She'd already allowed the patient following me to take my appointment. I explained my situation, that this was my important post-op appointment, added to the fact that I live some distance away and had to organize a babysitter to be able to attend the appointment, not to mention time off from work. Finally, after a lot of unhelpful discussion, she checked with my provider, Heidi Krull, who to my disappointment repeated that I'd simply have to reschedule. They wouldn't even give me the following appointment slot of the person who'd taken mine. It made no sense at all. The assistant kept dismissing my situation with the dead end response, "It's policy." Clearly their policy CAN be flexible, but they chose not to be in my case. I'm really annoyed by this dismissive attitude. I've spent a lot of money and time here, having had two procedures this year so far for several painful conditions. As the patient, I'm expected to be understanding when they are late (which is typically the case), but they are not understanding and completely inflexible when I am slightly late. I'll add that getting an appointment here invariably means a long wait, even following surgery, but only to see a nurse instead of the specialist. I liked my specialist Dr. Mo very much, but her colleagues leave much to be desired when it comes to customer service and respect toward consumers. I just got off the phone with Ms. Heidi Krull front desk employee. She was initially moderately combative, lack 110% customer service, Unprofessional, her tone, tenor, and attitude was far from assisting me with my dire medical condition. I was completely was caught off guard and appalled by (Tia) I believe, and her lack of compassionate and professionalism. We will never call this misnomer medical potential service again, and highly recommend patience avoid them at all avenues. very bad experience with this office in Centennial. had to. cancel an appt at another clinic with another specialist to create "enough time for the app with RMG, not to mention that had to take time off from school- only to get to this appt with RMG. was late 7 min because the I-225 vas closed that day due to a large accident, on the way, I called and let them know that will be couple minutes late due to an accident on Hi-way. 7 min and they said- " its policy and we will reschedule!" I have been having stomach pain for a while and I called to make an appointment at Rocky Mountain Gastro Centennial (13111 E Briarwood Ave Suite #300, Centennial, CO 80112). They made me wait 6 weeks to come in. Knowing I had limited options, I patiently waited. When the day of my appointment finally came, I came in to check-in but had unfortunately forgotten my mask at home. I had run out of the extra masks I keep in my car as well. The lady at the front desk said that I would not be able to come in for my appointment unless I had a mask. I completely understand that this a rule, and I support masks 100%. I had just forgotten mine at home. I politely asked if it would be possible for them to provide me with one so that I could make my appointment. The office manager very rudely denied me this and told me that I would have to make another appointment 6-weeks out to come again. I was shocked. So far, every appointment that I have attended at other medical offices, every grocery store that I have been to, and every company that I have visited has had masks available. These days it is a basic human right. This was the first time that I have been denied a mask. I begged the staff for a mask because I didn't want to miss my appointment, but I was treated awfully. When I asked them why they didn't have masks available for emergencies like this, they told me it was because of the cost. Hearing this, I was truly frustrated. I was losing my appointment because of bad luck and no one was willing to help me. This location charges patients hundreds of dollars ( I won't even mention the price without some type of insurance coverage). How they possibly could not afford to stock masks for emergencies is beyond me. What is even more disappointing is the way the staff didn't seem to care. I was treated like I didn't matter and I was told to deal with it. I understand that this pandemic is putting a strain on all of us, but that doesn't give you a right to treat people this way. You work in healthcare, and you are supposed to be there when people need you. Not only did you fail to be there for me as a patient, but you tried to make me feel like I was guilty and threatened to call the cops on me. Yes, I made a mistake. I forgot to bring a mask-one time. But I am not the culprit. I may have forgotten my mask, but I still have my morals. I want everyone to know that this is the way your office treats patients in their time of need, over what? 10 cents? If you are going to treat patients this harshly about your rules, the least you can do is remind them before their appointment. Had an appointment at the Centennial office, got there 10 min to, was checked in and then ignored by the receptionist. At 20 after the hour, she told me the dr had called her and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I walked out. The so-called office manager did call me, and we rescheduled, and she came in to make sure it went smoothly. It did, EGD and colonoscopy were scheduled, were subsequently done, and while they were being done the office left me a voice mail that the PA would be out on the follow up appointment, so I would have to call back. I did, and the best they could do was scheduling me 5 weeks out from surgery. As the scheduler told me "It's just a follow up." So, I have no post-surgical instructions, and it's obvious no one cares. The doctor was wonderful, but the whole office staff needs to be fired and taught how to do their jobs. After the Dr. received my wife's medical records, he said "who's going to read all of this?" as he skimmed through the docs. Her abdominal pain was not clearly diagnosed. He in fact used a generic/unspecified diagnosis code, which caused LabCorp to deny the claim they sent out for the blood work, we got a bill for $490.00. It has taken over a month for me to work with the billing department, billing manager, and clinic manager to get this corrected. It's still not corrected and we've received our second statement from LabCorp. No one has returned my calls when they said they would. The care is terrible, back end billing even worse. read more

I too have had an unacceptable experience at RMG - Appointment in early August went well with doctor - loved the Doctor; however had to schedule endoscopy at hospital - scheduler said they only had the 24th, 25th & 26th available but I was on vacation then. She then informed me the doctor would be gone the month of September and we would have to schedule in October; which I was fine with however, they didn't have a schedule out for October, so she would call me back. After 3 days, nothing, so I called and again told there's no schedule for October. After another week called again with the same response. When I called the next week, she didn't bother to call me back. Last week instead of leaving a message on called the general scheduling dept. and this person told me they only have one day in October and it is already full! She said the doctor was going to call me but the original scheduler called and informed me that she had a call into the doctor and they would let me know if they could "squeeze" me into an 11:00 am appointment but unfortunately everything else was booked. After going back and forth on how something like this could happen with me calling all the time she said "well there's a lot going on here that I'm not going to get into but it is what it is, I'm sorry that you fell through the cracks but that happens". Since I was referred to this doctor from my ENT, I called and explained what happen and got the name of another practice. Was seen in 3 days and scheduled for the test. read more

I called today to ask a question and until today, had no clue my appointment had been moved to the Centennial office. To make matters worse, the lady insisted she initially scheduled me for the Centennial office. So, not only do they move appointments around without notifying someone, they also lie outright about where the appointment was initially scheduled. After I have my 2nd appointment, I will no longer be using this medical facility. Once you lose someone's trust, you cannot get it back; especially when your employees choose to further damage credibility by arguing when I made notes about where the appointment was initially scheduled. The lack of integrity is disgusting. I went to my 1st appointment today. The front desk person (which was also the person who scheduled my initial appointment) was taking a personal phone call WHILE checking me in. This place while the reception people are very nice, the doctors are not. They do not listen and they assume. I was completely horrified to how I was treated. The Dr ordered all these tests I can't afford. Didn't actually examine me other than tap my stomach and told me I may have fatty liver disease! I see two other two Drs I see for my fibromyalgia and RA state that I don't have anything near that. I was told I'm eating wrong. I eat 90 percent vegetarian and can't seem to lose weight and I work out but I was still told I was doing it wrong. I wasn't listened to.
