These guys have some of the worst communication and follow through I've ever experienced. (I have…read moretexts to prove this.) I called them to turn my sprinkler system on and they didn't show up until the following day (because I called and questioned them on their whereabouts) and even then they were an hour late. I had several broken heads, they marked them and said they'd be back later the same day to repair. Nope. Not even a call so I ended up calling them to get on the schedule. It took 3 weeks for them to do what they did and I still have a sprinkler in my front yard that they would not investigate. Told me it didn't exist. And I have to hire someone else to finish their job. It took 2 months to even get my bill from them. NEVER AGAIN. EVER.
