Daniel and his team worked on this for 4 days, as weather permitted. All of the trees were very tall and over grown. They trimmed them all up and removed broken and dead branches. Took down 2 trees, cleared 2 stumps and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Some of the clearing required their bucket truck due to the height of the trees. We also liked that they used their chipper on site as they worked. We love the difference this has made, and so do our neighbors

On 6-Sep-19 I Paid Them to remove a stump and all major roots. When the job was completed I was…read moretold that it took 1.5 hours, the stump was 8 to 9 inches below grade, and the major roots near the surface were removed. I was not home when the work was completed so when I arrived to pay I took him at his word. On 7-Sep-19 the following morning I started to level the area for sod and discovered it was only an inch or so below the dirt at the main stump, and the roots hadn't been touched. Dakota said multiple times that he would come out on 7-Sep-19 to finish the job. He did not follow through. On 8-Sep-19 I had to have someone else complete the job because he was no call-no show. That morning I reviewed the security camera footage and it showed he only spent 42 minutes from start to finish, not 1.5 hours. On 9-Sep-19 he agreed to return half of my money. On 17-Sep-19 He finally followed through with returning half of my money. No apology or explanation why he didn't finish the job in the first place.
